My Background
With over 30 years in the healing arts as a bodyworker, a certified life coach & breast cancer coach, I have helped countless men and women to rediscover their joy by learning to stand in their power. I bring my experience, dedication and compassion, with humor sprinkled in.
As a breast cancer survivor myself, I understand the cancer journey and specialize in working with newly diagnosed patients as well as post-treatment survivors and beyond. As an empowerment coach, I work with individuals & groups. A few times a year I enjoy creating incredible retreats for smart, interesting women which provide learning & self-exploration tied in with fun activities. Sometimes my retreats and workshops may include horses because they have so much to teach us.
My Approach
As a life coach, I believe everyone has the right to feel seen, heard and valued and it is at the core of my work. I believe that every individual has the potential to live a fulfilling and purposeful life. My approach is centered around coaching for people in transition, as well as breast cancer coaching to help my clients cultivate self-awareness, identify their values and goals, and create actionable steps towards achieving them. I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world and work towards their desired outcomes.
